In addition, we use organic cinnamon, which not only adds a great flavor but is also known for its health benefits. Our cinnamon rolls are a perfect breakfast or snack option that will keep you energized and satisfied throughout the day.

Ingredients: Organic apples, organic cashews, organic pure Maple syrup, organic walnuts, organic golden flax seeds, organic coconut palm sugar, organic vanilla, organic unrefined cold pressed coconut oil, organic cinnamon.

Care: Our products are shipped in priority shipping. The shelf life at this temperature is approximately 30 days excluding shipping time which is approximately 3 days. When refrigerated, the shelf life extends to 45 days, and when frozen, it lasts for 1 year. We recommend for the large orders to freeze a portion of the order until desired use. Then, move to refrigerator. And then, if desired, move to ambient room temp.

Processing time:  We only ship freshly made products and do not ship items that have been frozen or refrigerated. Since our products are handmade, they require two to three days to prepare. Additionally, it takes 24 hours for the ice packs to freeze before we can ship the products. Therefore, the total processing time to ship an order is between two to three days.
