Organic Ingredients: apples, pure maple syrup, coconut palm sugar,  beets,  coconut oil, Coconut flakes, golden flax seed, cashews, unrefined coconut oil, orange extract.

Care: Our products are shipped in priority shipping. The shelf life at this temperature is approximately 30 days excluding shipping time which is approximately 3 days. When refrigerated, the shelf life extends to 45 days, and when frozen, it lasts for 1 year. We recommend for the large orders to freeze a portion of the order until desired use. Then, move to refrigerator. And then, if desired, move to ambient room temp. 

As a courtesy to our customers, we include ice packs with all shipments to help maintain product quality during transit. Please note that ice packs typically remain cold for 24 to 48 hours. Due to varying transit times and external temperatures, it’s normal for them to arrive warm. However, this does not impact the quality of the product, as it is shelf-stable for up to 30 days at room temperature.

Processing time:  We only ship freshly made products and do not ship items that have been frozen or refrigerated. Since our products are handmade, they require two to three days to prepare. Additionally, it takes 24 hours for the ice packs to freeze before we can ship the products. Therefore, the total processing time to ship an order is between two to three days.
